How to use Tiktokdow
Three steps on every device. Pick yours below.
- Copy the link in TikTok. Open the video, tap the Share arrow, then tap Copy link.
- Open Tiktokdow in Safari. Other browsers work, but Safari makes saving to Photos easiest.
- Paste and tap Download. Tap Paste in the box (allow clipboard access if asked), then Download.
- Choose a format. Tap Download HD, Download SD, or Download MP3. When Safari asks, tap Download.
- Save to Photos. Open the Files app › Downloads, tap the video, then tap Share › Save Video.
- Copy the link in TikTok. Tap Share, then Copy link.
- Open Tiktokdow in Chrome (or any browser).
- Paste and tap Download.
- Choose a format. The file saves to your Downloads folder.
- Find it in your gallery. Videos appear in Google Photos or your gallery app; MP3s are in Files › Downloads.
- Copy the link. On tiktok.com, copy the address bar while the video is open, or use Share › Copy link.
- Paste it into Tiktokdow and click Download.
- Choose a format. The file goes to your browser's downloads folder.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix | |---|---| | "That doesn't look like a TikTok link" | Copy the link again from Share › Copy link. Links from other apps won't work. | | "This video is private" | Only approved viewers can watch it, so it can't be downloaded. If it's yours, see our private video guide. | | "Removed or unavailable" | The video was deleted, or isn't available in our region. Check it opens in TikTok. | | Download doesn't start on iPhone | Use Safari, and check Settings › Safari › Downloads has a location set. | | Video isn't HD | The creator uploaded in lower quality, or TikTok only keeps a lower-resolution copy. That's the best available. | | "Too many requests" | Wait a minute and try again. |
